Conventional sealing method:
In the past, the sealing type mainly includes O-ring, narrow section Y-ring and V-ring and other sealing types, but with the gradual progress of production, its defects also slowly emerged, such as due to the piston rod and seals are dry friction, friction resistance, often lead to premature wear of the sealing lip, so the current has not used this sealing method.
New sealing method:
In order to solve the bad phenomenon caused by the previous piston rod seal, a new sealing method has emerged at present, that is, a combined sealing ring is selected, which is mainly composed of two different components, one of which is a stepped sealing ring (main sealing member) made of PTFE added with bronze packing, and the other is an O-shaped sealing ring (elastic element and auxiliary sealing function), this combined seal (K-type seal) has the characteristics of low friction resistance, no creep when starting, extremely low leakage and anti-wear.
