1. Purpose:

Jaw crusher is generally used for one-stage crushing. The material after discharge has to be crushed for the second time, such as cone crushing, counterattack, rolling breaking and other machine feeding equipment. The secondary crushing feed is generally very small. If the feed is large, jaw crushing must be used as the first stage of crushing. Counterattack crushers will generally crush marble and granite. 3, working principle:

5. The difference of crushing effect:

Therefore, for users with higher product quality, when purchasing equipment, consideration must be given to adding some auxiliary two-stage crushers. "The difference is that the counter crusher not only has great compressive strength, but also has the effect of stone forming, so the ore material processed by it has a strong cube and a reasonable gradation, which can fully meet the current stone production requirements. Therefore, in some stone production lines, a combination of the two is often used.

Generally speaking, the jaw crusher is mainly used for primary crushing, and the crushed stone is relatively large; the impact crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-sized stone, mainly for secondary crushing.
