Since the sealing groove should be sealed on the shaft, and the sealing groove should be sealed on the hole, it should be sealed, so it is calledPiston rod seal. When the piston rod is applied to the cylinder, oil cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to do a good job of sealing the piston rod first. The working mode is divided into conventional sealing mode and new sealing mode. Since the previous sealing types mainly include O-ring, narrow-section Y-ring and V-ring sealing types, defects have gradually emerged in production and use, and the emergence of new sealing methods has solved the problems brought about by the previous piston rod seals. Therefore, conventional sealing methods are not used at present.

It is mainly composed of two different components, one of which is a stepped sealing ring made of PTFE with bronze filler (main seal), and the other is an O-shaped sealing ring (elastic element and auxiliary sealing effect). As for the conventional sealing method of the piston rod seal, due to the dry friction between the piston rod and the seal, the friction resistance is large, which often leads to premature wear of the sealing lip. This combined sealing ring (K-type seal) has The characteristics of low friction resistance, no crawling when starting, extremely low leakage and wear resistance are very good to avoid those undesirable phenomena.
