In addition to the general requirements for rotating sealing ring materials, imported O-rings should also pay attention to the following conditions:

(2) Appropriate mechanical strength, including expansion strength, elongation and tear strength.

(3) Stable performance, not easy to expand in the medium, and small thermal shrinkage effect (Joule effect).

(4) It is easy to process and form, and can maintain accurate dimensions.

1. Before installing the rotating sealing ring, look at both sides clearly. Don't get the wrong direction. It will destroy the lips. If there are scars on the lips, it may cause obvious oil leakage.

2. To prevent forced installation, you cannot knock it in with a hammer. Before installation, it is recommended to read the instruction manual. When installing, you should first apply lubricating oil on your lips to facilitate installation.

3. To prevent expired use, the service life of the rubber sealing ring is generally 5000 hours, so the new rubber sealing ring should be updated in time.

  4Do not use the old rubber sealing ring. When using a new sealing ring, carefully check its surface quality to ensure that there are no holes, bumps, cracks, grooves, etc., and ensure sufficient elasticity before use.
