What is the material of the high pressure sealing ring?

1. Fluorocarbon materials are typically used. This sealing material has excellent high temperature resistance. Even at 200 ℃, it can be used normally, and it has good performance for oil, acid and alkali substances.

2. Silicone rubber has very good weather resistance, and it can maintain the use effect as low as minus 70 degrees, and it can also have a good use effect at temperatures up to 260 degrees;

3. The sealing ring made of nitrile rubber has good oil resistance and resistance to aromatic solvents;

The rubber is excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has good insulation properties. But the tensile strength is worse than ordinary rubber, no oil resistance. Suitable for electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens and other household appliances. It is also suitable for various items in contact with the human body, such as kettles, drinking fountains, etc.

In addition to the general requirements for the sealing ring material, the sealing ring should also pay attention to the following conditions:

(4) Easy to process and form, and can maintain accurate dimensions.
