The main purpose of the friction optimization of the rotating seal ring is to reduce the starting force required for the restart of the equipment after a long-term shutdown, and to reduce the friction of the rotating seal ring during dynamic operation under various working conditions. After many tests on the geometry, size and surface material, pressure, temperature and other physical boundary conditions of the sealing ring, a large amount of information on the friction performance of commonly used hydraulic and pneumatic seals and the rotating sealing ring material, lubricating material and sliding speed were obtained, and the static friction coefficient and sliding friction coefficient of different materials were measured.
