1. Rotary seal ring manufacturers talk about NBR butyl cyanide rubber seals:

Suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, reduced alcohol hydraulic oil, polyester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is a widely used and low-cost rubber seal. Not suitable for polar solvents (such as ketones, ozone, nitro, MEK, chlorine imitation). The general use temperature range is -40~120 ℃.

2.HNBR hydrogenated butyl cyanide rubber seal:

It has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-tear and compression deformation characteristics, and has good ozone, sunlight and natural resistance. Compared with butadiene rubber, it has better wear resistance. Suitable for washing machinery, automobile engine systems and cooling systems using the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a. Not recommended for use in alcohol, ester or aromatic solutions. The general use temperature range is -40 ~ 150 ℃.

3.SIL Silicone Rubber Sealing Ring:

Heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance. Very good insulation. But the tensile strength is worse than the general rubber, no oil resistance. Suitable for household appliances, such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc. In addition, it is also suitable for various supplies in contact with the human body, such as kettles and drinking fountains. Rotary seal manufacturers recommend not to be used for most concentrated solvents, oils, agricultural products and sodium hydroxide. The general use temperature range is -55 ~ 250 ℃.

4. Viton fluorine rubber seals:

High temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance is not good. Resistance to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic, aromatic, and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing needs of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitric acid. The general use temperature range is -20 ~ 250 ℃.

5.FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring:

Rotary seal ring manufacturers share the advantages of both fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, oil resistance, content agent, fuel oil resistance, low temperature resistance are very good. It can resist the attack of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon-containing solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aerospace military purposes. Contact with ketone and brake fluid is not recommended. The general use temperature range is -50 ~ 200 ℃.

6.EPDM EPDM rubber seals:

Good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can also be used for alcohol and ketones and high temperature water vapor environment sealing. Suitable for piping equipment, automobile radiators and automobile brake systems. Exposure to food use or mineral oil is not recommended. The general use temperature range is -55 ~ 150 ℃.

7.CR neoprene seals: resistant to sunlight, especially good performance after the day. Refrigerants such as chlorofluorocarbons and ammonia, anti-dilute acids, and silicon-based lubricants are not afraid, but benzene The expansion is large in the mineral oil with low amine point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. Rotary seal ring manufacturers feel that it is suitable for various environments in contact with the atmosphere, sunlight and ozone, as well as various flame retardant and fire-resistant seal rings.
