Rotation is also called oil seal. It can prevent the melted grease from flowing out of the bearing and prevent the intrusion of dust and impurities. In order to adapt to various rotating seals under different working conditions, the materials used are different and the sealing structure is also different. The sealing pressure of the high-pressure oil seal is up to 1 ~ 1.2 MPa, while the sealing pressure of ordinary oil seals is zero or about 0.05 MPa, some pressures are very high, up to tens of MPa, and the sealing speed can range from zero to several thousand revolutions per minute.

There are many types of rotary seals and different structures. They are often used in non-pressure or extremely low-pressure rotary seals. They are often called monomer seals. According to needs, you can freely choose the material of the skeleton and lip to form the required oil seal. Called combined seal. In the free state, the inner diameter of the oil seal lip is smaller than the outer diameter of the journal. Even if there is no spring to tighten, the outer surface of the journal will form a certain radial pressure.

When an important official rotates, a sealing band with a width of 0.3~0.5mm is formed between the oil seal lip and the journal, and the thickness of the annular sealing band is about 0.003 mm oil film, maintaining a thin and uniform oil film between the lip and the journal is the best working condition of the oil seal. Maintaining the oil film not only ensures the lubrication and sealing effect, but also ensures the sealing and dustproof effect of the oil seal.
